I share one of my favourite cocktail recipe. It’s an easy to make, delicious drink and you run out of it very quickly

A recept 1 adagra / recipe for 1 pax 

Hozzávalók / Ingredients : 

4-7 darab jégkocka / 4-7 ice cubes 1 dl friss ananászlé / 100ml ananas juice 1 dl narancs juice / 100 ml orange juice 1 dl szóda vagy szénsavas ásványvíz / 100 ml soda water 6 cl tejszín / 60 ml whipping cream 6 cl blue curaco / 60 ml blue curaco 3 cl kókuszlikőr / 30 ml cocos liquer 3-4 csepp vanílía aroma / 3-4 drops vanillin extract 3-4 csepp színtelen mandula aroma / 3-4 drops mandeln extract

Elkészítés/ method:

 Egy turmixba beleteszem a hozzávalókat és összeturmixolom. Beletöltöm a pohárba és lassan, kanál hátán beleengedem a blue curaco-t.

I put all indredients into a mixer bowl and mix it well with an electric mixer machine. Pour it into a cocktail glass, see on the pic. Add blue curaco on the back side of a spoon very slowly.

 Dekoráció / decoration:

 Én tejszínhabbal, színes cukordarabokkal és koktélcseresznyével díszítettem.

 I decorate it with colourful sugar pieces and cocktail cherry.
